Movember Daily Men’s Health Tips

While November is a busy season for family, football, turkey and holiday celebrations, it has also become a time to raise awareness about men’s serious health issues such as heart disease, prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health. Commonly referred to as Movember, this month-long annual event is recognized by men growing moustaches and beards, started by the Movember Foundation (us.movember.com). MENAJI has been part of Movember since its beginning, and this year, in addition to supporting raising money, we’ve put together a month’s worth of healthy lifestyle tips to help you tackle some of these challenges. We hope the following ideas are helpful.

  1. Happy World Vegan Day. Studies show that a plant based diet is better for your heart and the planet.
